PRADEEP DADOO’S ANCIENT INDIAN MEDITARTION ( PDAIM )
Pradeep Dadoo’s Ancient Indian Meditation ( PDAIM ), a centuries old practice , is learnt in a short while for life , and if practiced for a few minutes daily or whenever desired , produces highly beneficial results. It promotes spiritual growth, develops creativity, evolves perspective and eliminates tension , worry or depression in day to day living . It is an antidote to cardiovascular ailments. It is of special use while facing any crisis in life.
The following Courses are offered depending on one’s interest , time available and progress . The Theory of Pradeep Dadoo’s Ancient Indian Meditation ( PDAIM ) is explained before imparting the powerful, subtle, right method of Practical Courses . These are taught by me personally . It is advisable to try out all courses to find out which one suits you the best . Note : Advanced Practical Courses can be learnt only by those who know Hindi or Sanskrit .
